Covid-19 Response: CPR Class and Safety

Smaller Classes: We are limiting our class capacity so there's appropriate space between students with their manikins. Also this allows for each student to have their own equipment and the ability to thoroughly sanitize equipment. 

Blended Courses: We are encouraging taking blended courses (where applicable) to reduce the time spent in the classroom and for overall safety. These courses allow you to do the bulk of the training in an e-learning format at home, leaving only the skills check-off to be shown to the instructor. The skills portion is usually only about 30-45 minutes!

Hands-On Skills: We have adjusted the method of teaching rescue breaths to comply with the newest COVID-19 recommendations from both the American Heart Association and American Safety & Health Institute. 

Other elements of the practical portion of the course (i.e. chest compressions, AED placement, etc.) will be taught as usual.
